All emails that are considered SPAM but are mistakenly delivered to your inbox should be reported as SPAM (false negative) to improve the system's SPAM detection.
To report a SPAM message, you need to send a copy of the message with its full headers as an attachment to the following email address: spam@mailcleaner.net
MailCleaner was designed as a community-driven and collaborative anti-SPAM software.
MailCleaner maintains multiple databases that learn and continuously improve SPAM detection.
When users report SPAM, MailCleaner adds that information and makes it available to all users of the system worldwide.
It is easy to report SPAM to the MailCleaner system from your email client by forwarding it as an attachment to spam@mailcleaner.net.
Below are examples for different email clients:
- Outlook 2013-2016: In the message, near the "Forward" button, click on "More ▼," then select "Forward as attachment."
- Outlook 2007-2010: Click on the SPAM message, then from the Home tab, click on the "More ▼" button (under the Respond category), and then select "Forward as attachment."
- Thunderbird: Right-click on the SPAM message, select "Forward Format," and choose "Attachment."
- Other email clients: Look for the option "Forward as Attachment."
